Do you plan the wine tour itinerary, or do I choose?
We offer both options. Our chauffeurs can design a custom itinerary based on your preferences, or you can provide a list of wineries you’d like to visit. Many guests enjoy a mix — your must-visit wineries plus our insider recommendations.
Are tasting fees included?
Tasting fees are not included in our service rates, as they vary by winery and tasting experience. We’re happy to assist with reservations and provide recommendations tailored to your preferences. You’ll pay tasting fees directly to each winery during your visit.
Which airports do you service?
We provide transfers to and from San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland (OAK), Sacramento (SMF), and Santa Rosa (STS) airports, as well as private airfields in Napa and Sonoma.
Do you provide hotel transfers?
Yes. We offer direct pick-up and drop-off service to hotels, resorts, and private residences throughout Napa, Sonoma, and the Bay Area.
Do you handle events?
Absolutely. We specialize in weddings, galas, corporate functions, and private events, offering luxury group transportation with a focus on professionalism and punctuality.
How many passengers can vehicles fit?
Tesla Model X: Up to 2 passengers, with space for 3 pieces of luggage.
Lincoln Navigator Reserve: Up to 6 passengers, with space for 6 pieces of luggage.
What amenities are included?
Every ride includes bottled water, phone charging, climate control, and professional chauffeur service. Additional amenities such as champagne service or child seats can be arranged upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and wine tour season. Last-minute requests are welcome and subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details. Generally, bookings canceled within 48 hours of service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Should I tip my chauffeur?
Gratuity is not included in our standard rates. While tipping is always at your discretion, it is customary to tip chauffeurs 15–20% for excellent service.
