2. Services Provided
We offer luxury transportation across Napa Valley, Sonoma, and the Bay Area, including wine tours, airport transfers, hotel transfers, event transportation, and private chauffeur services.
3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
Reservations are confirmed once payment details are processed through our secure booking system (Moovs).
Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods are securely processed via our booking platform.
Gratuity for chauffeurs is not included in rates but is appreciated.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip may be subject to fees.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off details.
No smoking or illegal substances are allowed in any vehicle.
Passengers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
7. Chauffeur & Vehicle Policy
Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if passenger behavior is unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.
Vehicle type is subject to availability, though every effort will be made to honor your selection.
8. Liability
Valley Luxury Car Services is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, airline schedules, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
