Do you plan the wine tour itinerary, or do I choose?

We offer both options. You can provide a list of wineries you’d like to visit, or let us design a custom itinerary complete with reservations at Napa and Sonoma’s best vineyards.

Are tasting fees included?

No, tasting fees are not included. These are set by each winery and paid directly by guests at the time of tasting.

Which airports do you service?

We provide seamless transfers across Napa Valley and Sonoma, with service to and from SFO (San Francisco), OAK (Oakland), SMF (Sacramento), and STS (Santa Rosa/Sonoma County) airports.

Yes. We offer reliable pick-up and drop-off services for hotels, resorts, and private residences across Napa, Sonoma, and the Bay Area.

Do you handle events?

Absolutely. We provide luxury transportation for weddings, galas, corporate gatherings, private parties, and other special occasions.

How many passengers can vehicles fit?

Our Tesla Sedan comfortably seats 2 passengers with luggage, while our Lincoln Navigator Reserve seats up to 6 passengers with luggage.

What amenities are included?

All rides include bottled water, phone charging, climate control, and professional chauffeur service. Additional requests may be accommodated upon booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for wine tours and special events, and at least 48 hours in advance for airport transfers to ensure availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled trip are fully refundable. Later cancellations may incur a fee — please see our full cancellation policy for details.

Should I tip my chauffeur?

Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. If you feel your chauffeur has provided exceptional service, a gratuity of 15–20% is customary.
