Booking Cancellations
48 hours or more before your trip: You will receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.
Within 48 hours of your trip: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to fees and may not qualify for a full refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations: Non-refundable.
Service Changes
If you need to adjust your booking (such as time, pick-up location, or service type), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but adjustments are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Chauffeur gratuities are non-refundable.
Winery tasting fees and third-party reservations are not included in our service fees and are non-refundable through us.
