We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially for weekend wine tours which fill up quickly. For airport transfers, 24 hours is usually sufficient. Same-day requests can sometimes be accommodated — call us directly at (707) 656-3302.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled ride. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. For Viator bookings, the same 24-hour policy applies.

Wine Tours
Absolutely — that's one of the best parts. Anthony has deep local knowledge of Napa and Sonoma and will recommend wineries matched to your taste preferences, whether you prefer bold Cabs, elegant Pinots, sparkling wines, or hidden boutique producers most visitors never find.
On a standard 6-hour tour, most groups comfortably visit 3–4 wineries with time for lunch. We build the itinerary around your pace — some groups prefer depth over breadth and spend longer at 2 wineries. It's entirely up to you.
Yes — we can assist with winery reservation coordination as part of our Itinerary Planning service. Many Napa wineries now require reservations, especially on weekends, so we recommend booking those 1–2 weeks in advance.
Yes. We can stock snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on request. You're also welcome to bring your own food and open bottles of wine purchased at the wineries. Just let us know in your booking notes.
Vehicles & Capacity
Our current fleet includes two Lincoln Navigator Reserves (up to 7 passengers each, full luxury SUV) and the Tesla Model Y (electric, panoramic glass roof, up to 6 passengers). All three vehicles are immaculately maintained and fully stocked for your comfort. Running both Navigators simultaneously makes us great for larger groups of up to 14.
Up to 7 passengers per Navigator, 5 in the Tesla Model Y. With our three-vehicle fleet we can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 19 passengers across multiple vehicles simultaneously, with coordinated timing so everyone arrives together.
We can accommodate well-behaved dogs in certain vehicles with advance notice. Please mention this in your booking request so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Airport Transfers
We serve San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK), Sacramento (SMF), and Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS). For other airports or private airfields, contact us to discuss options.
We track all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time — no need to call or update us. Your driver will be there when you land.
