Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at vluxurycarservices.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Valley Luxury Car Services ("we," "us," "our") provides luxury transportation services including wine tours, airport transfers, private chauffeur services, event transportation, and hotel transfers in the Napa Valley, Sonoma County, and greater Bay Area.
Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
- A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via email, text, or phone
- You must provide accurate contact and trip information when booking
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on service type, duration, distance, and vehicle
- Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, tolls, or after-hours service
- Payment is due as specified at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated during booking
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: Full charge applies
- No-shows: Full charge applies with no refund
Cancellations due to severe weather or emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Passenger Conduct
- All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles
- Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the trip
- We reserve the right to end a trip early if passenger conduct endangers the driver or vehicle, with no refund
- A cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply for excessive mess or damage
Liability
- We carry commercial auto insurance as required by California law
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question
Alcohol Policy
Wine tour passengers are welcome to consume alcohol responsibly during the ride. However:
- All passengers must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol
- We reserve the right to refuse service to visibly intoxicated individuals
- Open containers are permitted only in the passenger area, not near the driver
SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Valley Luxury Car Services, you agree to the following terms:
- You consent to receive text messages related to your bookings, including confirmations, reminders, ride updates, and customer support
- You may also opt in to receive promotional messages about special offers and new services
- Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed per booking. Promotional messages will not exceed 4 per month
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages sent and received
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation of your unsubscription
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance
- Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any services
- We will not share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes
